Subject: Supporting Our Students at Home as We Prepare for Upcoming Testing

Dear Souder Families,

As we approach our upcoming testing season, we want to thank you for your continued partnership in supporting your student’s learning. Consistent practice at home plays a critical role in helping students feel confident, prepared, and successful.

We kindly ask that you help ensure your student is staying on top of their learning at home by regularly engaging in the following programs:

1st and 2nd Grade Students
Students should be practicing in Amplify Math Fluency, please click on the provided link: https://fluency.amplify.com/
To access reading practice they will need to log in through their HelloID accounts please click on the link: https://eisd.helloid.com/app/applications

Your student already knows their login information.
Practice and encourage daily practice at home. If they are having trouble accessing either of the preferred websites listed above, please have them log into Zearn. Please click on the link: http://www.zearn.org/

3rd–5th Grade Students
Students who have their Chromebooks at home should be logging into:

IXL Skills, or Assigned lessons placed by their teachers

These practice tools are directly aligned to classroom instruction and upcoming assessments and are essential in strengthening skills and building readiness.

Thank you for your support in helping your child stay focused, prepared, and confident. Together, we can ensure our students are set up for success.

Warm regards,
Pam Roberts
