Welcome back to a brand new school year! I hope your summer was filled with fun, rest, and memorable moments with loved ones. We are so excited to welcome our students back and begin another wonderful year of learning, growth, and community.

I am Pamela Roberts, and I am proud to serve as the principal of Souder Elementary School.  At Souder we have a passion for creating a school environment where every child feels valued, challenged, and inspired. We believe that strong relationships—with students, families, staff, and the wider community—are the foundation of a thriving school.  For the upcoming school year we will continue to focus on closing our student achievement gap; while also continuing academic excellence, social-emotional learning, and innovative teaching practices.  My door is always open, and I look forward to working in partnership with families to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
